Overall, great customer experience from Shortland Horne from house hunt to getting keys. Special mention to Laila from lettings team for handling all our requests and resolving queries in time. I would highly recommend this agency for lettings in Coventry area.
It's been a few weeks since getting my keys to a beautiful rental and every step of the way shortland Horne and goodlord have been helping with everything making my life as easy as can be (which is amazing as i have autism and change is very difficult for me) a huge thank you to Jade Satchwell for all the help you went above and beyond very professional thank you
Phone attendant was rude and unhelpful while trying to locate the property, I was there well before the agreed time. They left the property before I could view. I was being respectful trying to explain I couldn’t locate the block; I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to anyone so unprofessional before, like they were doing me a favour or giving me a free house.
I’ve had a really positive experience with Laila Casey as our letting agent. She has been fantastic at keeping us updated throughout the entire process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Laila is always friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She took the time to answer any questions we had and made sure we were well-informed at every stage.
