I recently sold my house and purchased through Matthew James Property services. I came across Susie when I enquired about the property I purchased, she asked how my sale was going as I was on with another estate agent and when I said we had hardly any viewings or enquiries she offered to value our property and take a look at the local area to see what is causing the lack of interest. Susie did an amazing job in explaining the current property market and how she would market our property, we then swapped to Matthew James and we were sold in a week with multiple offers! The whole process then from offer to completion took 9 weeks using the solicitors Susie recommended. It was such a smooth fast process and I would not hesitate to use Matthew James again. Communication and customer service was 10/10. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent service from Matthew James Property Services with the sale of my mother's home. Susie Hanley was professional and supportive throughout. Communication was excellent as there was swift response and great back up support from other staff if Susie was not in the office when called. I would highly recommend this independent estate and will definitely use again if the need arises.

Very unprofessional. The guy steve does not reply to you on emails or usually they don’t pick up calls. Apart from that they will not let you view the property and still if you confirm it and provide all the documentation they will just randomly text you on whatsapp the property is now gone. Because of these mis commitments and communications I had to live in Airbnb.
