Phone attendant was rude and unhelpful while trying to locate the property, I was there well before the agreed time. They left the property before I could view. I was being respectful trying to explain I couldn’t locate the block; I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to anyone so unprofessional before, like they were doing me a favour or giving me a free house.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Laila Casey as our letting agent. She has been fantastic at keeping us updated throughout the entire process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Laila is always friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She took the time to answer any questions we had and made sure we were well-informed at every stage. Overall, she made the move-in and tenancy experience genuinely enjoyable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others!
