I have had a very positive experience renting through haart. Kieran Pattni, the PM Manager in charge of the property I am renting, has ensured that, throughout my tenancy, communication is clear, prompt and professional, making the experience straightforward and stress free. Any queries or issues are handled efficiently and Kieran is very personable himself. It's clear that he genuinely cares about providing a good service. His professionalism and the smooth experience I've had are a big part of why I would happily use haart again in the future, whether as a tenant or when looking to buy a property. I would definitely recommend both Kieran and the team.

We had a bit of a stressful experience moving, as we couldn’t move in on the agreed date. However, we had an exceptional support experience from Keira who went above and beyond and helped ease any worries we had. She was very hands on our move day and even before the day, always followed up and clarified any questions we had. Thank you Keira

Millie managed to get us a proven tenant in about 5days...our previous agent didn't manage that in nearly 4months. Unfortunately I have not had the smoothest of experiences with Haart lettings. I hope I am the only one who experiences this. My landlord has his property managed through Haart and so would need to contact them in the first instance. I had a faulty outdoor tap that was causing damage to the property. I tried in vain to get hold of the pm team but no calls were ever answered meaning I had to go directly to my landlord. I was also some 5 months out of my tenancy agreement (I still kept paying my rent as this isn’t the fault of the landlord). It expired in June and wasn’t renewed until January. Finally, when I moved out, I had to wait a very long time to hear about my deposit return and this was only after numerous times chasing. Once the amount was finally agreed, I was then told I had to wait a further 3-5 days for processing meaning it would have been into the 4th week of vacating the property and ultimately left me in financial difficulty. It would have massively helped if the refund process could / would have been quicker but I didn’t feel comfortable asking for this after already doing so much chasing. Overall, I’d say the communication element of our dealings was very poor, most times calls would just ring out and no answer and also email response was fairly slow. Again, it might just be my experience but to have to wait well over 3 weeks to finalise the deposit return agreement and then further delay due to processing times has just added to my dissapointment. Hopefully, this is something that can be improved in the future so that other peoples experiences are better.

We had Elise Harrison come to do a standard property inspection and discuss any issues we may be having since moving in. She was so warm and lovely, super reassuring about getting things sorted that we raised and had useful information to share with us. Elise walked through the property with us and spoke through a few processes we didn’t know about as we haven’t been renters for a while, including letting us know about the upcoming changes in law. Elise is an asset to the Haart team, has a very personable approach while still being professional.

I would like to recognise Elise Harrison for her professionalism and support throughout my move-in process. Despite some challenges with the property and landlord, Elise remained responsive, polite, and consistently followed up on the issues raised. She showed a genuine willingness to help and kept communication clear throughout, which I really appreciated.
