Booked a viewing with Shores, and after agent messaged to say they were going to be late, I proceeded to wait for 45 minutes and they never showed up. Only got a message the next day to say they had car trouble. Would have appreciated a call because I took time out of my work day.
Emily managed my first venture into the property market and did an amazing job. In the last 11 years she has sourced new properties for me, managed major renovations and has always found great tenants which I think is so important. Both our businesses have grown and we’ve learned a lot. She’s pretty tough on the vetting process which I doubt I could ever be but having heard so many horror stories from friends and now never having had any problems with my tenants. I realise how important choosing the right ones is. Thank you Emily.
