I can highly recommend Priors. Olivia and the team have been very helpful and are sorting out issues with our block of flats that proved too much for previous agents to deal with. They respond promptly and are the best in the area - believe me, we've tried them all!

Mark and the team have been great throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond by helping us obtain quotes, chasing directors to get the final documents signed, and keeping everything moving forward. Mark was always easy to reach and very happy to talk things through whenever we needed clarification or reassurance. His professionalism, persistence, and availability made a real difference. They consistently maintain excellent compliance across their properties and are incredibly efficient when it comes to handling emergencies, which gives real peace of mind. A relatively new property manager with Priors, Claudio Morales, has taken over the management of our flats and in just a few months has been impressive. As well as being extremely personable and helpful, Claudio has been very efficient in handling some recent difficulties with our building. He responds quickly to emails and phone calls, following up promptly with builders and surveyors and works hard to resolve issues for the flat owners, thank you Claudio.

We rented a flat managed by Priors for over 10 years, and they've always been excellent to deal with. Prompt communication with any issues, professional yet approachable, acting as a conduit between us and the landlord to find solutions/communicate any updates. We've moved out now to our own property, and they (especially Claire) made the transition easy in terms of wrapping up our end of tenancy. We cannot fault them and their excellent service - thanks Priors!

Managing agents often get a poor rap, so I am delighted to alter that perception. Paul Gibbs, a property manager at Priors, has 100% supported the sale of our flat. He has been responsive, friendly, communicative and helpful, and on one occasion even being pro-active by contacting the solicitor to clarify some leasehold issues.
