I was so impressed with Shoaib’s work at my previous flat that I appointed him as the factor for my new flat without hesitation. His communication is excellent, and he far surpasses the corporate factors I’ve dealt with in the past. In just a couple of months, he brought our building, never previously factored, up to standard: arranging communal building insurance, a communal stairway electricity upgrade, unblocking drains, fixing water pressure issues, overseeing gutter and roof repairs, and ensuring the stairs are clean. Shoaib is dedicated, proactive, passionate about his work. Highly recommended.

Shoaib and the team are top notch. Always available to respond to queries and gives honest and trustworthy responses. Its rare you find a factor that cares about the work and genuinely wants the best for the clients, but im glad I found them and wish other factoring firms took a leaf out of their book. Highly recommend Shaoib and his factoring company. Looked after the close I stayed in for several years. He helped to kick out the old terrible factors, took over the management of the tenement and proceeded to provide great service. Gutted he isn’t managing my current close now! If the chance arises I’ll be asking them back!

As others have said, Shoaib and his team are surely the best factors in Glasgow. Many factors have a bad reputation, but I can honestly say that Shoaib and Sohail have always been responsive, professional and transparent in dealing with the regular maintenance and upkeep of the building over the past couple of years. Shoaib takes time to explain every decision and keep us informed. I would highly recommend Shafaatulla Property Management, and I don't think many people in Glasgow can say that about their factor.

Our company has been using Shoaib for many years for different purposes. His factoring for us in 2 buildings where we have commercial property is outstanding, always very quick to attend to any problems. The cost of factoring has come down substantially since his company commenced factoring and the buildings insurance premiums have plummeted. Altogether a great company to deal with.

Shoaib took over as our factor in January 2020. In spite of the pandemic breaking out he got a hole in our roof fixed within weeks and lead flashing replaced (outstanding issues for years from our previous factors). In 2022 we had a burst pipe and he sorted insurance and the work for us much quicker than we could have done it ourselves. This was especially important for us to get done before our baby, due a few weeks after the leak appeared! He's always transparent, fair and efficient plus a good bit cheaper than any other factor we've had.

Been my factors since moving in early 2021, in August I had major water ingress and damage to my property and Shoaib and his team were immense in organising the roofing fix and the scaffolding required to make it happen. Their pricing is cheap in the current market and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than an hour or so for a call back. Can highly recommend this company for your building factoring needs.
