Directors are Emma Viola, Craig Niven, and James Niven, who holds an LL.B (Hons) and is a qualified Civil Engineer with more than 30 years' experience in the commercial and residential construction industry; James Niven formed Macbar in 1995. Homi keeps portfolios intentionally small. Services include lettings management, estate agency, and property management.

Emma and Craig are responsible and professional. We've been renting with them for over six months now, and everything has been excellent. They've helped us with every issue very quickly, and we're very pleased with their work. We definitely recommend them and wish them continued success!
We've had Homi as our estate agents for almost 2 years now and have really appreciated the professionalism and urgent responses to any queries/emergency situations we've encountered. Emma and Craig been amazing for answering calls and emails, especially when we had an unexpected plumbing/flooding issue which was sorted that day!

Craig and Emma have been amazing throughout my time with them. They are very responsive and have made sure that all my compliance certs were up to date. The customer service has been great. They found me a great quality tenant and I feel comfortable in knowing that they are looking after my property in Glasgow. Highly recommend!

Throughout our entire time renting with them, Clyde Arc Letting have been fantastic letting agents.
