Honest review from a landlord who hasn't yet had a property managed by let us, but is in the process of changing over from another letting agent . Angus and kirsty in particular have been amazing in terms of communication, doing what they say they will do , getting things done quickly and efficiently and they are honest genuine people . They have now taken over 3 of my properties from a previous agent . I wish I was with let us from the start, now I know how good letting agents are . Couldn't thank them enough for helping me through a bit of a rough time with the property switchovers . I look forward to having them as my letting agent going forward

Angus and the team are super efficient and friendly, and have taken all the hassles of letting out a property from us. They made a brilliant job of overseeing the refurb when we first engaged Let us, and the turnaround between tenants when there was a change of tenancy was 9 days, which we could never have done. That alone paid the year's fees, so everything else is a bonus. We would thoroughly recommend Let us if you are looking for a letting agent in Glasgow.

I used to rent privately from a landlord (absolute amazing man, btw, definitely an exception of the rule when it comes to the majority of landlords) before he decided to take a step back and transfer the letting of my flat to Let Us. Initially I was hesitant, as I have had negative experience with letting agencies in the past, but it all turned out well. The team at Let us (I have had communication with Kirsty, Danielle and Angus, and met Danielle personally twice when she came for inspections) has been friendly, approachable and reasonably supportive. They have conducted two inspections in the few months I was renting the place via them, and have provided some helpful notes and comments without any substantial exaggeration of the issues. They have resolved issues I have had in time and without hassle. And when I had to move out last month due to a move to England, they were professional, responsive and courteous. I received my deposit (well, a large chunk of it, as agreed) in a timely manner. I am quite happy with them and can recommend them to both tenants and landlords. Hope they keep up the good work!
