I had an excellent experience with PJP Property, especially thanks to Kristina and Danique. From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They found me an apartment straight away, making the whole process quick, smooth, and stress-free. Their communication was outstanding, and they were always available to answer any questions and provide support throughout. I am extremely happy with the service I received and truly appreciate all their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend PJP Property, and especially Kristina and Danique, to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient property team. Thank you for helping me find my new home!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I moved into a property managed by PJP in April and it has been trouble after trouble for months. Two weeks after moving in I saw a mouse, and after informing the management, their initial reaction was to put the blame on the tenants, stating that this was our responsibility (including mine who had just moved in). It was not until they realised I was well informed about legislation, and until I began cc’ing my brother in law who is in the real estate industry, that they began to start investigating the issue themselves and pay for it. There has been no sense of urgency from the property management, I have informed them about the mouse back in April and it is still an ongoing issue. The mouse damaged £427 worth of my things, I have emailed the property management about coming to agreement over this sum and yet I have been ignored for over 3 weeks now about this request despite persistent follow ups. There was also mould in the washing machine that, again, there was no sense of urgency to fix & when I first moved in none of the cupboards allocated to me were inspected nor cleaned before I moved in. I had been looking forward to living in this place, however, I have had the worst experience renting in this place with management & have had to stay in London while this problem takes ridiculously long to sort out. I was lucky to have the privilege of knowing people in the industry to support me & having a good manager at my job who was understanding about letting me work from home in London while the situation is sorted. However, some people may not be so lucky and this agency evidently wants to take advantage of people who may not have those privileges or who are less informed so that they can rip them off.

Super positive experience! Danique was really friendly and helpful. She showed me several properties and when we found one that suited my needs Danique went out of her way to help me complete the paperwork and move into my new home. Thank you so much!

As a tenant, it has not been a comfortable 7 months in the house rented by Patrick James Property. We have consistently been asking for help with basic things such as bins, garden maintenance and even setting up heaters in the house, which were only put in September (tenancy started from July). The only person who was actively helping us out, replying to messages promptly and getting things done was Kristina and if anyone needs any kind of praise, it would be her. I am grateful for all the things she has done and would love for her to be our spokesperson for all our problems.

I've had a generally positive renting through pjp. Communication has been professional and clear, and queries are usually responded to a timely manner. The process of moving to a periodic tendancy was explained properly, which I appreciate, clear space, spacious rooms and good management (something it takes time to manage, but they do a good job here). Overall, it's always the straight forward conversation and the team has been helpful throughout my tendency.. Would love to recommend this to everyone..

This was the first time I'd had contact with PJP, and I was very impressed. While arranging guarantor details, I spoke to Danique on several occasions. She was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. And I doubt the financial arrangements would have run at all smoothly without her. I had no qualms in calling her to ask for help and advice, and we achieved everything we needed. I was embarking on something I'd never done before, but Danique's cheerful, positive expertise gave me confidence. She is a credit to the company and I'll be delighted to liaise with her in the future. Many thanks!

Reposting my review, as I was initially encouraged to delete the review by the agency and warned that it could discourage rectifications: “Initial house faults which persisted / never fixed throughout the 12-month tenancy duration: - Faulty stove - only the top right of the induction hob works. - Living room window unable to close properly (security risk and will become an issue in the coming colder months). - Garden fence was withered / couldn’t lock. - Shower 2 broken (door detached and shower itself unusable for the 12 month duration) -Broken glass shards and dangerous debris in the garden. - Pile of garden waste left in the driveway from previous tenancy/cleanup. Initial house faults which were repaired/replaced efficiently: - Smoke detectors 12 years beyond their safety limit - ‘replace by 2011’…” Regardless of whether the faults and hazards were the responsibility of the landlord or PJP agency, the PJP staff ‘managed’ the property appallingly, with unreliable communication which condescension, manipulation, and absolute incompetence.
