Freya Alford is the property manager in charge of overseeing my property, she has been welcoming, had extremely clear communication and offered plenty of advice. The induction process was swift which resulted in the securing of tenants extremely quickly by my target move-in date. The systems in place seem easy to navigate from first impressions and I am pleased with swift action taken on any tenant queries. Really happy with the service so far, thanks Freya!
Been with House&Co for over 10 years now as a tenant, never experienced any issues. All the communication was always professional and any occasional repairs that were needed always been scheduled very efficiently. Definitely would recommend them.
Freya-Louise was a delight when showing us the property we viewed as well as communicative and clear over our email communications. She made us feel welcome and able to view the property at our own pace, which was appreciated especially on such a hot day!!
We had a really positive and professional experience with Freya & Dave. She was waiting for us once we arrived and made us feel very welcome while not wasting time. Freya, at the viewing, was informed and knew the answers to almost all of our questions and was happy to find answers for ones she wasn't sure of. Freya allowed us space to take the property in while being on hand to help. Dave was really responsive and, again, informative during the process of waiting for referencing to go through and once it had all gone through. Great experience! Looking forward to moving in.

Gillian has been incredibly helpful, She has been friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. As an overseas applicant relocating from New Zealand, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process much less stressful. I really appreciate her support and would highly recommend her services.
My experience with House + CO Property has been great. Sometimes you find that agencies just don’t respond when a property is let or fully booked for viewings, but I always had very prompt responses from them. Freya was great, she responded to all my queries both before and at the viewing very informatively and was really helpful! :)
