The customer service is super. James is professional and helpful, and I never felt like I was just doing a transaction. The whole experience was very humane and personal. Turnaround is fast. My viewing was booked within 24 hours at my convenience. I was given time to look around properly—I didn’t feel hurried or limited to 10 minutes. That was really great, because I could examine the property and ask relevant questions. Once I made my offer, the paperwork came through quickly and help was offered straight away when I had any difficulties. James is always available, ready and willing to help. I received clear updates by email, and James followed up with text messages to make sure I had all the required information. To top it all, I got a lovely welcome pack with goodies when I moved in.
