My experience finding and moving into a new place with Parklane has been amazing, especially because of Sennon. He took me through the process patiently and has always responded to my queries promptly! Would definitely recommend Parklane to anyone looking for a property agent :)
Had a great experience with Parklane! Jessica was very responsive and quick to get us booked in, and Charlotte was so lovely and answered any questions I had about the property we ended up securing the same day. My partner and I have felt very welcomed especially as tenants receiving benefits, thank you!
I have been renting through Parklane properties for almost a year now. Last month, a new issue arose with our flat, so I reached out to Jacob Campbell to coordinate some support to fix it. He liaised with our landlord efficiently to help us solve this problem, arranging a solution within a week. I was very pleased with the outcome and appreciated his professionalism and prompt communication throughout the process.
Jacob has been really helpful in the rental process. He is very responsive, replying to emails very quickly and has kept the process moving very efficiently.
