We had a really positive experience with Pacitti Jones, who helped us put in an offer on our new home and handled all the conveyancing for both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our flat. Claire and Nikki were fantastic throughout. They were proactive in communicating, chasing things up with other solicitors in the chain, and keeping us reassured along the way. Buying and selling obviously comes with a lot of stress, but it made a massive difference to us knowing that they were firmly on our side, completely on top of everything, and working hard to make sure things moved forward.
