Sally and the rest of the team were always on hand to help out when there were problems, and were very kind and accommodating. I have been renting my flat with Cairn letting for the past 2 years and they have been wonderful. Victoria Craig specifically dealt with us a lot and through every small maintenance question, all the way to a broken washing machine being replaced, she has been absolutely amazing. She has always been quick in answering my questions when I email and has always been quick to give me either a solution or a straight forward timeline of when things would be dealt with. She has also been great with the flat inspections, always giving me plenty of notice and always being quick, but thoroughly, when conducting the inspections, so that she doesn’t take too much time out of my day. I am sad to leave but even then, Victoria has made the process very easy!
