The staff are always nice and easy to speak to, and they have created additional channels, such as WhatsApp, for faster, on-time responses to tenants’ needs. Huzaifa has been very helpful when the property needs maintenance and when I needed explanations about lease changes. His responses have always been timely and easy to understand. Overall, I am happy with my experience with this letting agent and would recommend them.
