She is very friendly and patient, explains everything step by step putting you at ease during what can be a stressful time when you’re selling a property. Her work and advice has led to me getting a great price and a sale in less than 2 months after it going on the market. Would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell that they try and get Jennifer to be their agent.

From the first point of contact through to moving into the rental we have been very happy with the attentive, friendly service. We have been in a month now and there have been a couple of maintenance issues to sort and these have been dealt with quickly. Thanks so much to all the team.
I have been a tenant with Martin & Co. for three years, and I have seen significant improvements in their services. The staff are always nice and easy to speak to, and they have created additional channels, such as WhatsApp, for faster, on-time responses to tenants’ needs. Huzaifa has been very helpful when the property needs maintenance and when I needed explanations about lease changes. His responses have always been timely and easy to understand. Overall, I am happy with my experience with this letting agent and would recommend them.
In all my years being a tenant, I have not had a more restful and entertaining customer experience than with Martin and Co. Huzaifa made the entire process go super smoothly, my only qualm is that it went by so fast. The whole team is wonderful, Linda braved a ladder the rest of us were too afraid to.
