I recently sold through Northwood at Denton Burn and I can’t speak highly enough of the team there. Leanne was superb from day 1. Sensible, pragmatic and did what she said she would do when she said she’d do it. Lots of viewings. Sound advice even when problems arose. I felt in very good hands and they took all the stress out of the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Also excellent service from Olivia and Zoe who always went out of their way to help. Northwood Newcastle were absolutely fabulous in their handling of the sale of our flat. From start to finish they were very attentive and proactive. We had some struggles at times with our solicitors responsiveness but Northwood were always contactable and helped us with chasing the solicitors. Olivia who took the lead on our sale was brilliant, kept us updated at all times and used all the resources available to keep things moving with the sale. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible service from Northwood Estate Agents. They booked me for a house viewing, and I arrived on time, only to find nobody there to show the property. I waited for more than half an hour, wasting my time. This is extremely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for people’s time. If you cannot manage appointments properly or even answer calls when customers are left waiting outside a property, then you seriously need to improve your service. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend dealing with them.
We used Northwood Estate Agents to recently sell a property. We found them very efficient, quick to deal with things and really friendly. Lotscof things needed chasing and they did it.
