The sales progression is like no other estate agent, Donna was incredible, she kept me up to date every single step of the way, she reassured me multiple times and put my mind at ease when things got complicated with the solicitors and stepped in to help me when she didnt have to. Without Donna, I dont know if my sale would have gone through at all! I couldnt thank her and the team enough for their support and I would highly recommend them a million times over.
After having a bad experience with another agent we decided to put our house up with Sarah Mains and they have been great. Everyone we have spoke to has been fantastic but Donna in sales progression was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful throughout the whole process and an absolute credit to the company.
I had to deal with Sarah Mains , Jesmond recently for the purchase of a flat in Jesmond. The staff were polite, friendly , responsive and always willing to help. I sold my property through Sara Mains and had a first class service all the staff were excellent I would like to give a special shout out to Donna in sales progression she keep me updated at every stage and always got back to me if I had any questions she made the whole process stress free and I would highly recommend using Sarah Mains.
Sarah Mains has been absolutely fantastic from the beginning of my house buying journey to the very end. All of the staff that dealt with the sale of Bellister Grove have been super friendly and professional. Special shout out to Donna from Chappel House branch who presented me with a lovely house warming gift and gave me her in depth advice about the property. If I’m ever looking to buy another property or sell a property I will only go to Sarah Mains. Thank you so much for an extremely smooth experience.
Sarah Mains were exceptional throughout the whole process, they are in a different league to their competitors. When we decided to sell our house we obtained 5 different valuations. Some didn't bother to view the house before giving their valuation and didn't seem overly bothered. Jacob came, clearly cares about what he does, developed a strategy for selling with us, organised amazing photos and video. His communication was excellent throughout. Not only that, everyone we spoke to or handled our case was amazing. Kelly was always prompt, friendly and extremely efficient. Donna was also great to speak to and a huge asset when times got slightly difficult. I was often hearing information from the team at Sarah Mains before hearing it from my solicitor. I couldn't recommend Sarah Mains enough. There's a brilliant team there operating a different model to their competitors...and it's clearly to their advantage. Thank you to the team at SM.
