Really quick and easy process. Was really well informed and felt happy with all the information. Important to be kept informed and move the process along fast for people which they did. Really friendly and efficient! The room was exactly like the pictures, the cleaning was super and it was just such an easy, hassle free process! Sam and Kaye were lovely!
