I have had a really positive experience with Ocean Properties. They have a great understanding of the Plymouth rental market, and the team are friendly, professional and clearly very experienced. Everything was explained in a straightforward way, without any pressure, and it felt like they genuinely wanted to find the right solution rather than push a one-size-fits-all package. The Platinum Management option is a great idea for anyone who wants extra peace of mind around rent being paid. It is reassuring to deal with a lettings agency where the staff are properly qualified and the director has decades of local experience. Overall, they have been easy to deal with, knowledgeable and reliable and I would happily recommend them to other landlords.
Been a client of ocean properties before the rebranding for over 15 years. They have always been efficient and supportive. Highly recommend.
Chris was incredibly patient and professional throughout the whole rental process. Explained every detail in good time and was always quick to reply to any queries. He and his team clearly care about both tenant and landlord and I cannot recommend them enough!
I have used Chris and his team for over 10yrs, first as CB Estates and now Ocean Properties. They have always given an excellent service. Friendly, fast and reliable
Chris has been finding tenants for my properties for more than 10 years now and recently sold 1 of them. I would definitely recommend Chris and his team for all your rental/sales requirements.
