They have a great understanding of the Plymouth rental market, and the team are friendly, professional and clearly very experienced. Everything was explained in a straightforward way, without any pressure, and it felt like they genuinely wanted to find the right solution rather than push a one-size-fits-all package. The Platinum Management option is a great idea for anyone who wants extra peace of mind around rent being paid. It is reassuring to deal with a lettings agency where the staff are properly qualified and the director has decades of local experience. Overall, they have been easy to deal with, knowledgeable and reliable and I would happily recommend them to other landlords.
