MPM are gold standard when it comes to property management. Having previously experienced atrocious building management, Chris and his team have restored my faith in there being at least ethical property management company! They have been nothing but helpful through RTM establishment and transitioning from one management company to MPM despite the poor paperwork and state that the previous company handed the building over in. Tracy has been incredibly response to issues- often this is dealt with within a few hours and if not, communication is timely. I could not recommend them more.

It’s been just over a year since MPM took over the management of our block of flats in Sherwood, and the difference has been incredible. Chris has been especially supportive, guiding us through the whole takeover process from the previous awful management company. Since MPM stepped in, the condition of our building has improved noticeably. Any issues we report are dealt with quickly, efficiently, and to a very high standard. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. For the first time in years, our finances are in a much stronger position, and everything is completely transparent. The whole team at MPM are exceptionally professional, yet friendly and approachable, which makes working with them a pleasure. I can’t recommend them highly enough. MPM stand out as a trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely caring management company — something that’s very rare in this industry.
