first-time renter with Nottingham Lettings, I unfortunately would not recommend them to manage or rent properties from. The day I collected my keys to now, the experience has been exhausting and inconvenient. Ongoing property issues have not been managed in an organised or timely manner, and communication has been inconsistent While the property manager, is manipulative, a lair, delusional and over all unpleasant there has been a lack of clarity and follow-through when dealing with concerns raised about the property. Matters often require repeated chasing, with little clear resolution. As an older converted house it requires proper maintenance and proactive management, which has not been my experience. Overall, a stressful introduction to renting but It is what it is folks. The property manager also called and asked me to remove this REAL HONEST review, so I 100% believe some of the past reviews regarding the property managements conduct - So all the 4 star reviews are a bit hmmmmm suspicious. I wouldn’t be surprised if the property manager who is apparently also the owner of Nottingham Lettings pressured them into leaving 4 Starts. If you are deciding to rent with Nottingham Lettings please make sure you are satisfied with property and its fixtures, ask the questions at your viewing , Read reviews not just their google but Yell, Redit and other platforms. Lastly don’t have any expectations

Contacted them about a couple of properties, despite the properties being reduced in price they still “aren’t taking viewings”. It’s almost like they don’t want customers. Im a full time employee with good credit history and references. LANDLORDS BEWARE these people will not get you tenants in an efficient manner. AVOID.

Renting with Nottingham Lettings was overall, a lovely experience. All issues with the property were handled swiftly, and special thanks to our property manager, Mary, for ensuring repairs and maintenance were carried out and for communicating with me promptly. Thank you to Martin as well, for coming down when he could, to see if he could fix issues or simply offer reassurance, especially out of business hours when contractors or the office usually wouldn’t be contactable. Overall, renting with this agency has been a positive experience, and despite any issues with the property itself, the agency has always tried to rectify any issues quickly.
