I have had a great experience with Miller & Vincent Properties. The room was clean, well presented, and exactly as expected, making it easy to settle in. A special thank you to Sanchia and Quincy, who have both been incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire process. From moving in to answering any questions I have had, they have always been supportive and professional, which has made my experience even better. I am really happy with my accommodation and the service I have received, and I would happily recommend Miller & Vincent Properties to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live.

I had a really great experience here from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and much easier than I expected. A special shoutout to the agent who handled me—she was incredibly nice, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout. They went above and beyond to make things easier for me, always picked up my calls, and kept me updated regularly so I never felt lost or confused. At one point, I even forgot my passport, and they kindly gave me a ride to sort it out, which really helped ease my moving process. That level of support meant a lot. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. I felt supported throughout the whole process of renting Highly recommend!.

I had an incredibly reassuring and insightful conversation with Sanchia regarding the upcoming Renters’ Rights Act and what it means for me as a landlord. Naturally, I had some serious concerns about how the legal changes could affect my financial position and responsibilities. From the very start, Sanchia was calm, knowledgeable, and completely on top of the details. She addressed every single concern with clarity and confidence, and I genuinely felt she understood both the legislation and the real-life pressures landlords are facing. What stood out most was the peace of mind she gave me. Instead of feeling anxious about the changes coming in May 2026, I now feel informed, prepared, and fully supported. I won’t hesitate to use this company for property management going forward. If this conversation is anything to go by, landlords are in very safe hands. Highly recommended.

Sanchia is a wonderful professional frequently going above and beyond to meet client needs. Her standards, approach and knowledge are exceptional. Would highly recommend her business and services to anyone!
