They put a flier through our door despite us being with a different estate agent, to try and convince us to switch, making it sound like they had a buyer. I phoned and discovered that they didn't have a buyer, so said no thank you, but then they saved my phone number without my consent and started calling me every day.

She went beyond and extend her service and initiative to coordinate and resolve utilities issues due to the slow support from utilities suppliers.
