Renting thorugh Haart has been wonderful, not only is the communication excellent but they really care for their customers, helping and supporting us through each stage of the renting process. Lily and Nicola were absolutely amazing and heaven sent for dealing with us and our case, making sure to contact us at each new progression in our application. Couldn't thank them enough for their work and absolutely overjoyed with all of their help. Would absolutely recommend this company!
I had the privilege of working with Lily who was an absolute delight and joy to work with. Nothing was too much trouble for her, her professionalism was second to none. The Haart team were so amazing in helping us find a place, but especially Nicola was a complete lifesaver, she went above and beyond to help us acquire a beautiful place through we were in a tricky set of circumstances and needing one on short notice. Nicola and the team took care of every detail of the process in a extremely timely manner and were always quick to respond and go out of their way to make sure we felt reassured while being consistently reliable and empathetic to our situation. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Nicola, she became not just our agent but a good friend by being such an all around wonderful person. I know that in the future as my family grows I will be going through Haart and Nicola again to find our forever home.
Nicola and the Haart team did an amazing job helping us find a flat. We had a very complex set of requirements and circumstances, and they were still able to find us the perfect place and get us moved in quickly. We also ran into some accounting issues on our end, and they made sure we were well taken care of while everything was being sorted out. We worked with a number of other agents and individuals who were not able to help us in the way we needed, but Nicola and the team at Haart provided a level of service we simply could not find anywhere else. Nicola, as manager, was especially helpful throughout the process. They were excellent from start to finish. 10/10, would absolutely use them again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place.
