I rented a property from Glenham for about a year and a half. During the tenancy, things were generally fine. The inventory checks (done by a third party) weren’t fully accurate, and I needed to provide my own move-in and move-out photos to clarify some discrepancies and have some unnecessary charges removed. The deposit refund process also required multiple follow-ups and calls, as communication and timelines weren’t very clear. Overall, my experience while renting was okay, but the move-out and deposit stage could have been handled more smoothly.

The team at Glenham are consistently excellent. We know we can trust them to communicate with us effectively and propose solutions to any issues that come up, giving us options where possible. They take the stress out of property management.
