While the leasing team is great, the maintenance team cannot seem to get it together. We moved in only three months ago into a Frank Harris-managed property, and we've already had a slew of maintenance issues. The property managers do not appear to be trained sufficiently to handle even the most basic of maintenance issues. We had open electrical socket, broken blinds, malfunctioning shower heater, fallen plaster, and other more minor issues. The only fast turn-around was for a clogged sink. We have been very patient but our patience has run out after nearly 100 emails back and forth with them. We are going on days without the ability to have a hot shower.
