hard to get through to on the phone however Lauren was an absolute star and so helpful with me and my girlfriend renting for the first time. Lauren was fantastic throughout the whole letting process. She was always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The move-in process was smooth and well organised, and her support made everything much less stressful.

Awful agents. We booked a viewing for a property and initially got one scheduled for a Thursday of the same week and they said we were the first viewing as that day was the first available slot for viewing. Thursday morning they left a voicemail saying they have to postpone (without giving a reason) and asked to call back. I called back immediately and they gave us the next Monday morning as earliest next slot. But Monday morning again they left voicemail to say the viewing has been cancelled because the property has been let. I get that the rental market is competitive but it felt like a discrimination as we were the first to book a viewing and they were the one who postponed our first appointment. The person I dealt with was also very unsympathetic, rude, and unnecessarily cold and cruel, and I wasn't sure she understood anything I was saying.
Really impressed with the service. George has been really helpful and professional about mortgage options. Kate was very lovely and professional whilst doing the viewings. Will definitely use this branch again in future.
