CENTURY21 SOUTHAMPTON LETTINGS AND ESTATE AGENCY

Initial process and everything else was very good however 4/5 months into tenancy I had domestic issues and wanted to leave my shared tenancy with my former partner which I was told they don’t get involved in domestic issues which is completely understandable however they clearly continued to take the side of my former partner despite telling me they don’t get involved and made the process of me removing my name from the contract very difficult (more so my former partner but still) sometimes would take weeks to hear back from them and I would have to be very persistent in my communication to actually get anywhere which made the process last so much longer than it needed which caused me even more issues due to it taking so long and just before it got completed I requested certain documents to be resent to me but because of the delayed response by the time they got back to me my name was already removed from contract and they couldn’t give me these documents because I wasn’t on the tenancy even though I initially requested them before the finalisation of the removal. Overall good estate agents however because of the difficulties surrounding the issue I had I am unsure if I would use them again.

Really very good. Completed everything in on-time which helped for me move in the house happily. We are more happy.

The team provided exceptional assistance in identifying a suitable property and facilitating a swift, reliable process. I extend my gratitude to all individuals who contributed to my home search.

Very efficient service and helpful through the entire process from first viewing the property to collecting the keys. Tristan especially is very knowledgeable and an all round top bloke, well deserving of a lovely raise I would say.

We really appreciate Mr Muhammad for assisting us during the property viewing and accommodating our queries. We really appreciate Mr Paulo for guiding us all throughout the referencing process and keeping us on track in order to complete the whole process swiftly.

I had a fantastic experience working with Century 21 Southampton. They were incredibly professional, enthusiastic, and helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks to their expertise, we found the perfect home that meets all our needs. Highly recommended!
