Jo at Cross Keys has gone out of her way to negotiate a deal for our property and follow through the chain. As we live 2 hours drive away from the property they had a set of keys and accompanied each viewing. We were very impressed by their quick feedback through their property file. we would recommend using them again. Previously we have used them to find tenants and again, they accompanied each viewing and found a suitable tenant within 24 hours. They did all the paperwork which was fantastic 👏 😀
Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour towards tenants with genuine and valid concerns about their home. Especially rude towards young women. Tenants should feel like they can approach their landlords and letting agents and that their concerns will be heard. It's important feeling safe and comfortable in your home and clearly some people working at Cross Keys do not value that. Would never recommend to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Fiona and Jo have been fantastic with the viewing and securing of our future house purchase. Super friendly service and we were kept regularly updated on our offers progress! We were able to offer and secure the property being taken off the market with a fast turnaround. Many thanks again!
Cross keys were recommended to me by a friend. I got a few quotes and their fees and valuation for my mum's house seemed good, so I went with them. Really pleased I did. Jack came to visit my elderly mum initially and put her at ease. We've worked with Jo and Fiona since then and they've been great. Got lots of viewings and 2 offers. It's been a complicated process due to my mum's age and they've really gone the extra mile. Highly recommend.
A very professional company. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and informative, always there for us from little minor questions to big decisions. The whole team are amazing, we receive updates on a regular basis. Their rates are fair. Can’t recommend Cross Keys enough.
