Fantastic service. All the staff were lovely and were very patient/accommodating being a first time buyer. My questions during viewings were very specific which they didn't always have the answers to, but their resourcefulness to get the answers were swift and elaborate, and of course they can only divulge what the sellers give them. My only minor gripe was that the congratulatory box at the end of the process had damaged and mashed up Lindor chocolates! Which is devastating! Because Lindor is amazing! But of course it's an extra anyway. Really good service and fantastic people. Can't go wrong. Thank you Plymouth Homes for being with me on my journey. Maybe it'll happen on the other side at some point!!

From my first meeting with Clive Shawcross I was convinced that Plymouth Homes would provide the best service. They had numerous viewings within the first couple of weeks, with feedback on all viewings. After the initial offer and negotiations, the process leading to completion was first class.

The particulars of sale were incorrect. The sales details incorrectly stated that the first-floor bathroom had a low level toilet. I had to install a toilet and sink at a cost to me of £1,300. Plymouth Homes refused responsibility. My advice stay clear of Plymouth Homes/thoroughly check their sales details. I am currently going through the complaints
