We have just moved into an incredibly disappointing property because Abode Property “Management” took our holding deposit for our desired housing, confirmed to us everything was running smoothly and then, only when asked, told us they had handed the property to someone else. The complete lack of professionalism, communication, and, quite frankly, competency summarises everything you need to know about Abode. Funnily enough, when speaking to another letting agency within the area, this is a reputation which seems to extend beyond the unacceptable errors they make with their customers, as we were met with: “Oh, Abode- no wonder your rental agreement was horribly mishandled”. It is clear that there is no remote desire to meet any acceptable standard of providing a lettings service, so I once again urge you to consider options outside of Abode.
Volodymyr showed us around the property and made the viewing a very positive experience. He was friendly, professional, and gave us plenty of time to look around without feeling rushed. He answered our questions clearly and was knowledgeable about the property. Overall, it was a pleasant and well-organised viewing, and we appreciated his helpful approach.
