I’d like to express my sincere appreciation for my property agent, Makena. From the very beginning, Makena was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward.

Would highly recommend this company, me and my partner were looking for our first house to rent and William h brown were extremely professional. They got us a viewing very quickly and the application process was very smooth and straightforward, from getting quick responses to the time it took to complete our application process was way more than what we were expecting. We had an absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Abbey Barwick at William H Brown. From start to finish, Abbey was brilliant in helping us secure our mortgage, as well as sorting out our life insurance and buildings and contents insurance. She was incredibly open during all of our discussions, clearly laying out every single option available so we could make the best choices for our situation. Her approach is the perfect balance of friendly and professional, which made what can be a stressful process feel incredibly easy. No matter what questions we threw at her, Abbey had an answer ready. We couldn't have asked for better support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth, transparent, and expert service!

Ollie carried out my property inspection. He was incredibly friendly and helpful and carried out the inspection very quickly too. All around a great guy and swift inspection :)

We recently rented a property through this estate agent and have had a great experience throughout. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Ollie was very helpful during both properties we viewed. Although the first property wasn’t quite right for us, he was there to show us around a second property shortly afterwards, which turned out to be exactly what we were looking for and is the one we’re now moving into. Makena then handled the rental process and was equally great to deal with. Her communication was always prompt and clear, and she kept us updated every step of the way, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, a friendly and professional team who made the renting process straightforward and easy. We’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a property.

I am grateful that I chose William H Brown to help me find my new home. Their professionalism and support made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
