haart Estate and Lettings Agents Ipswich

Haart were very good in communicating from offer acceptance to completion. Unfortunately our solicitor was not keen on talking on the phone, so Sarah was a huge help in getting everything completed as soon as possible and keeping us up to date all the way through the process, which for a first time buyer could have been much more confusing without her great help!

Thanks to Holly and Matty for a quick and efficient service. They were fast to get back to us, communicated really well and kept us up to date and then provided our valuation really quickly on the same day. A great experience overall, thank you.

Our experience with both Matthew and Holly has been excellent. Selling our property and not really being aware of how the selling process works in the UK we were pleasantly surprised by how each and every question was answered and clarified. What we liked was that nothing was too much. All messages were answered promptly, appointments were on time and we were given as much time as we needed during visits. Matthew was what we were looking for in an agent. Knowledgeable, energetic, great work ethic and such a positive outlook. Definitely would recommend him and Holly as they are a great team.

Absolutely amazing service from Haart From the first meeting with Matt for the valuation to the stream of viewings from the first day on the market. Alex did a great job showing so many potential buyers round the property. Sarah then took over once we had buyer and my goodness she is outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept us informed through what was a quick and very straightforward no stress process. I can’t thank the entire team at Haart enough for all the support help and advice throughout the sale of my late Father’s house. Excellent service from everyone at Haart.

James Vivian was very helpful and explained everything well when I applied to let a home. He was clear and swift getting things done for a smooth and seamless process. Would definitely recommend James and Haart estate agents.

Booked a valuation with them but decided to go with another agent; I politely told them in an email that I wanted to cancel the valuation as no longer required. I didn’t receive a reply to my email, fine, they were aware it was cancelled as didn’t come to my house fortunately. However, they then proceeded to call me on a daily basis (including Saturdays) for months to try and sell my property, despite me making it clear in my email that I no longer needed their services. Had this not happened, I may have contacted them further down the line; however I would never use a company whose behaviour borders on harassment.

What can I say ! The whole service from my agent has been great but the professional service from Sarah Dalgliesh has been exceptional and has made a very stressful process of house sale seem easier. The communication and knowledge has been regular and informative with a pro active approach to keeping the chain moving forward. Well done Sarah keep it up and thank you again from me and my mother Janet. 👏
