I cannot thank Jan and Lucy enough for all of their help throughout our new home purchase. What should have been a fairly straightforward transaction became very stressful prior to exchange, thanks to a poor-performing Conveyancer. Jan's persistence, patience and professionalism was invaluable, keeping the pressure on to get us there in the end. Communication was, as ever, the key to success, and Lucy and Jan were both excellent at keeping everyone in the chain up to date. Thank you both for all of your hard work.

I genuinely can't recommend Chelsey highly enough. I first sold my house in 2022, and from day one she took so much of the stress out of the process. Sadly, on the day we were due to exchange, my buyer pulled out. I was absolutely devastated, but Chelsey handled everything with such kindness, empathy and compassion that she somehow made an impossible situation feel manageable. When I found another buyer, Chelsey continued to support me every step of the way, keeping me updated and reassuring me whenever I needed it. Unfortunately, that sale also fell through months later. By the time we decided to try again in March 2026, I was incredibly anxious, but there was never any question about which estate agent I would choose. The only reason I had the confidence to put my house back on the market was because I knew Chelsey would be there. Yesterday, after more than three years of setbacks, we finally exchanged contracts. Throughout the entire journey, Chelsey has been outstanding. Every time I worried the sale would fall through, she was there with reassurance, honest advice and genuine care. She never made me feel like just another client—she made me feel like someone whose outcome truly mattered. I'm not sure I'll ever be brave enough to move house again, but if I do, there's only one person I'd trust to help me through it. I want to say a huge thank you to both Lucy and Jan for all the 'over and above' help and support given to us with the sale of our property when circumstances were far from straightforward. I honestly dont think we could have done it without your input, particularly help with some practicalities given the distance involved, and Jan with her continuous updates. The agent was very lovely and professional. Answered all of our questions. We would be happy to have her again. The agency was also flexible and nice. They reminded me and tried to accommodate the best of our requests.

I had a drone shoot carried out by Palmer and Partners. They sent two young men, both called Jacob, but spelt differently! I would like to say how personable, friendly and professional they both were. The younger gentleman was on work experience and he was really great. He immediately engaged with me and asked permission to take some photos for his school project. He was super polite and smart. I was very impressed with him and I’m sure he will go far. He should be very proud of himself. The other Jacab was also incredibly polite and professional and it was really obvious he was happy to impart his knowledge to the work experience guy. He seemed to really know his stuff. Well done to both of you!

Particularly highly recommended was Lucy Green, who’s professional handling of my sale, from start to finish, met all of my expectations. Lucy clearly understands her market and was straight down the line with me throughout. Within a couple of days of appointing P&P the photos, floor plans and details were ready for my approval. All were excellent, particularly the photos which showed off my house in its best light. All subsequent viewings were handled professional, as were the following negotiations.
