Venture Residential

I had a great experience viewing a property with Holly. She was incredibly helpful, polite, and well-prepared with all the details about the house. Her approach is remarkably soft-spoken and professional; she provided all the right information without applying any pressure. I really appreciate her humble and thoughtful manner.

Ewan Watts is an honest & straightforward salesman. He’s not blinded by the fake sales tactics. Ewan is very professional & friendly at the same time. Give this man a pay rise or a promotion already.

I've done a few viewings with Venture Residential and all of them have been with Ewan Watts. A very passionate individual who's very professional yet friendly and explains everything in great detail. The properties viewed haven't impressed me but Ewan definitely has. Looking forward to more viewings with him until I find the right property for myself.

Rehan has been a blessing from start to finish in our look out for our new home, he understands how to deal with issues efficiently, and his professionalism doesn’t go unnoticed. Thanks for your help Rehan, and keep it up!

Holly was brilliant, from speaking to her on the phone then her warm welcome at the property. She took me through the house, showed me around and highlighted the additional possibilities of the place, made me see it in a better light. Thank you.

Thank you very much to Rahul. I viewed a property in Luton yesterday (5th August) and Rahul was able to answer every question I had and portrayed exceptional customer service over the phones. I would highly recommend venture residential to everyone looking to rent a property in Luton.

Antonia has been incredible throughout our property search, has been quick to respond, available even outside office hours to accommodate or timings. refreshingly transparent about a property and its pros/cons. Definitely someone I’d recommend whilst navigating the search for your next home.
