Penrose genuinely helped us when we needed it most. My husband and I were looking for a place to rent in Luton. We had been promised two viewings by two different agencies, so we took a day off work and travelled to Luton. However, when we arrived and called them, we were told that both viewings had been cancelled without any prior notice. We didn't know what to do after travelling such a long way.
