We have been with Haart for a number of years and have had few issues over the years with the appliances. It has been sometimes frustrating due to the lack of contact or follow up from Haart. However, on this occasion I can not fault the service. From time of the reported issue to the fix was only a week or so. I hope this is a sign of things to come. Lettings manager is absolutely awful. Customer service is appalling. Looking to rent here and he doesn't take no details off from me and is trying to rush the conversation to make me walk out of the office. Looking to rent cos my landlord is selling. My income is more than enough to rent. 1 star review!!! never again. The fact i’m seeing similar reviews on this person i am not surprised. Some company this is.
