ST Properties Estate Agents, property sales, property lettings & property management

We had a great experience with ST Properties from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure the job was done properly. They took the time to resolve an issue and kept us updated throughout the process. We really appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to getting the best result.

So grateful to Susie and her team for all the help provided with renting the house. For something that should have been really stressful, she made this so easy and smoothly. Totally recommended. Really professional, communication was spot on. Thank you for all the help!

If you are searching for an excellent service ,with a personal touch, you will not be disappointed. From the first point of contact to the closure of sale, Susie and Joe the owners went above and beyond . Our house was put on the market in December it sold in 3 weeks at the price we wanted . They kept in contact and helped us so much with paperwork and the solicitor . The care and attention is a 10 out 10 . We would recommend them and definitely would use them again , it's a far superior service than any of the big estate agents we have used in the past . Thank you Susie and Joe for making our Sale stress free .

Absolutely amazing service from the start to finish. Viewing the property, communication along the way right up until moving in and onwards if anything is ever needed or just a query this team are on it. Like a breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend 😃

Jody was very friendly and easy to talk to. He gave clear, in-depth advice on what needed to be done to the property and had previously carried out a viewing for us with detailed videos, giving us a great understanding of the condition and issues. He also showed us properties under renovation with similar layouts, which was a great way to understand the standard of work. Overall, a great experience.

Been with ST Properties now for just under a month and I could not recommend them enough. We were looking for a new property urgently and contacted them regarding one that we had seen. We were viewing it two days later and then moving in three days after that the service is absolutely amazing and as soon as you call with an issue it is rectified within 24 hours. Susie and Joe are both amazing and so helpful and we could not recommend this Letting Agency enough would never go with anybody else now. Fantastic friendly service, always a helping hand and fantastic prices compare to other / similar properties in the area. You should choose ST Properties.

Absolutely outstanding service delivered in a professional yet approachable manner. Both partners are highly knowledgeable about the property market. They kept us fully informed throughout the process, which gave us complete peace of mind. We felt genuinely supported and reassured by ST Properties from start to finish.
