As a landlord, I engaged Soane to organise extensive renovation and maintenance works on my flat, and relet it. The entire team were excellent throughout. Special praise must go to Paige, Head of Property Management, for remaining constantly on the ball, always being approachable, and successfully dealing with a difficult property management company that manage the block where my flat is located. Soane had the flat relet within a week of it going on the market. They were thorough in their vetting process, and following the completion of the maintenance work, the property looks fantastic. I highly recommend them.
