Belvoir Portsmouth

My Son was a potential customer of Belvoir Portsmouth. After a very difficult decision to leave University back in January he decided not to proceed with his Tenancy with Belvoir. We both emailed Belvoir and followed up with calls to cancel his tenancy application and everything was confirmed as being cancelled/ended. Follow on 6 months and we start getting inundated with email telling us his tenancy is about to start and moneys will be taken. I made multiple calls and messages to Belvoir to which I was first told there was nothing they could do to stop it then an employee there saying it could and saying we would receive no further correspondence. Well Suprise, Suprise we are still getting messages and correspondence. Not only that my son didn't receive his deposit back for the property. And all this unnecessary stress whilst dealing with the loss of my father and my Son's Grandfather. Not a good company with very poor communication I wouldn't recommend them.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Harry for going out his way answering text and calls straight away. He wasn’t our estate agent he was actually the house we were buying estate agent but he helped the sale go through well. Communication was great and very well approached. We felt well supported by Harry and felt that we could call or text him when we had any questions, so thank you for this because moving house is stressful enough! If we were ever to sell our house we would definitely be going to Belvoir in southsea and asking for Harry!

Me and my partner contacted Belvoir to sell both our properties, we were so impressed with the way Harry handled our sales. He was quick to get round and take the photos of the properties, gave us constant updates about how the sales were going and he was very accommodating about all the questions that we asked. Nothing we asked was too much for him and we are very grateful for his service. Would highly recommended for anyone looking to sell their property.

I recently rented a property from Belvoir and they were very helpful and quick to respond to questions and requests. It was also very quick and painless so I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently let with Harry and can’t thank him enough. We tried other estate agents before and their attention to detail didn’t come close to Harry’s. A real professional who provided constant updates and offered help at all hours. Made me and my girlfriend feel extremely at ease with the process. Type of guy you’d love to grab a beer with! I recently let a property out through Harry at Belvoir, he was a pleasure to work with. Harry answered any queries I had and was always on call. We managed to get the house let agreed within 24 hours and the tenants moved in a short few weeks after. This level of service is a rare find in this industry. 5/5👍

Great service from Belvoir, letting my property and Harry had offers at what we were looking for in 24 hours, would highly recommend to anyone letting their residential property and would definitely use them again.
