Cubitt & West Portsmouth Estate Agents

I had a positive experience with Cubitt & West Portsmouth. The team came across as professional, approachable and knowledgeable about the local property market. I appreciated the clear communication and the way they make the buying, selling and letting process feel more organised. Their attention to property marketing, including professional photography and detailed floor plans, is a useful touch. A reassuring choice for anyone looking for a well-rounded estate agency in Portsmouth.

Absolutely wonderful staff, Becky helped my partner and I so much with moving into our new home! She was an absolute gem. Such an easy and stress free process with no complications. If I needed answers I’d get them back immediately. Such a professional company and I am extremely happy.

Even though this was for probate and no possibility of a sale Zoey was professional, polite and very respectful of the reasons for the valuation. I have purchased through cubitt & west before and would do again and should the time come that the family home is ever to go on the market she would be my first call

Becky is soo kind and professional Very good at problem solving And always making sure clients understand all the details. Becky is a very good communicator and very knowledgeable. She always pays attention to small details.

I recently completed the purchase of 77 Gladys Avenue, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Julie B for her outstanding support, constant encouragement, and dedication from start to finish. She was always available to answer my questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Her professionalism, patience, and commitment made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and reassuring. I truly appreciate all the hard work Julie put into making my purchase a success. Without forgetting the main Estate Agent Cubitt and West

I have worked with Becky closely throughout the process of letting for the first time. I have found Cubitt and West staff to be patient, informative and driven to provide great customer service. I was previously advertising my flat with an alternative agency. Becky consistently checked in and gave guidance and support. From this, I ended up going with representation with C&W and my flat was let in record time! Thank you Becky!

Becky was very helpful in finding me a property to rent in Portsmouth while I was living in Manchester. She promptly called me after I sent an email enquiry. I explained what I was looking for, and she sent me several suitable proposals. I booked one of the properties virtually, and the video on the website accurately reflected the property in reality. Becky was also very helpful throughout the tenancy agreement and payment process, clearly explaining all the recent legislative changes. She was efficient, professional, and very responsive throughout the entire process. Overall, the experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future, and I would confidently recommend Becky and Cubitt & West to anyone looking to rent a property in the Portsmouth area.
