We recently purchased through the Savills team at Norwich. Natalie and her team were excellent to deal with and provided no end of support and help, we really can not recommend them highly enough.

I dealt with a person called Tom parish, advised my situation could be dealt with. I sent emails and phoned but no service or urgency to get back to myself. Tom kept fobbing me off! Definitely would not recommend!

I recently dealt with Dan and Chana at Savills regarding a property purchase. Although we ultimately decided not to proceed, I wanted to acknowledge how professionally the process was handled. Both were transparent, responsive and straightforward throughout. Communication was clear, expectations were managed properly, and everything was handled respectfully, even where we couldn’t quite reach agreement. It’s refreshing to deal with people who conduct negotiations in such a professional and measured way. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.

I had excellent communication from Natalie and Polly throughout the protracted purchase of our new home. I know that they were similarly proactive in communicating with our agent too. Always unfailingly polite and helpful. I'm particularly grateful to Natalie for telling us there was a residents' meeting due to take place, about matters affecting the private road. We attended and met many of our new neighbours which was a lovely intro to living here.
