Really disappointing experience with Abbotsfox. We viewed a property, confirmed our interest, and provided all the requested details. However, we received no update for several days despite trying to contact them multiple times. We eventually had to visit their office, only to find out later that the property had already been taken. A simple call or message could have saved us several days of waiting and unnecessary effort. The lack of communication was very frustrating. Definitely not the professional experience we expected.

They were always professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. First impressions count! Really impressed with Colin McKenzie from abbotfox Estate Agents when he valued my house. Some great advice, very knowledgeable & some really good ideas. Not forgetting Charlie Stone, he was so efficient taking photos today, extremely courteous & had a chat with me about what’s important to me when working together to sell my home. Emma, the Abbott Fox sales progressor is a one woman power house. She oozes positivity and is always bright and cheery when you speak to her. I feel the sale of my mother's probate property would have been extra stressful had it not been for Emma's proactive approach. A big thank you and shout out the rest of the sales team as well.
