Poor experience with this Agency. There is a level of extortion used to extract every penny possible and drive house prices up for an offer or sale from their sales reps. I get it; their marketing is effective to some and they get pulled in by this but my experience was far from this. They also don't seem to act morally when communicating with a buyer. Constantly having to chase to simply get a response but receiving no answer, but then very, very quick and pushy when they want a sale to go through. It's also a bit unusual to be asking for proof of ID and proof of funds as a screenshot to an individual email address prior an offer being put forward - it's not asked for every viewing but selectively done depending on the viewer. Seems to be additional criteria required to try and see how much fund can be extorted. I understand they are acting in the seller's interest only, but you really are just a number to them and there is minimal care as a potential customer of theirs (which they should realise we are the reason they will achieve their sale fee and commission!). A level of decorum is still required and to be upfront about how they're handling other viewings and offers for a property rather than acting in this way. I've had 3 viewings with this branch and all have had similar issues with shady communication and professionalism. When asking to be added to mailing lists and engage with more viewings, they simply stopped responding altogether when I've given this feedback. This speaks for itself.
