Gatekeeper Estate and Letting Agent in Swindon

I had a great experience with Gatekeeper during the property viewing. Dan was very friendly, professional and helpful throughout the viewing, and he answered all our questions patiently. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. Thank you to Dan and the Gatekeeper team for the excellent service. Highly recommended!

Lovely viewing w/Elizabeth today! Made to feel we could ask any questions without judgement & she was very nice & professional. Highly reccomend Gatekeeper! Would be happy to rent w/them 🙂

Taylor made the process of letting home surprisingly smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was her communication—she kept us updated at every step, answered all our questions promptly,She was honest about property values and never pushed us to make a decision we weren't comfortable with. If you are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and genuinely helpful property agent, I highly recommend working with Taylor!

It was amazing to talk to Taylor, who provided instructions and guided me throughout the house-moving process until success. Today, I am a happy customer. It took only a few days to confirm my house move thanks to Taylor's kindness, patience, punctuality, and dedication, so my spouse and I wish her success in her future endeavors.

Liz was great showing me around the property & Sam was great through the initial process. (5 stars) 🙂 the service I had from Alice after was very disappointing and was not personable at all I terms of buying a property manager and made me not want to use Gatekeeper(2 stars). However the service was reviewed by Dan who did a great job at restoring my faith in them and dealt with my issues quickly meaning I may use them in the future.

me & my partner moved in a few days ago to our new flat and the process was so smooth and quick, everyone was so helpful and i was kept up to date with calls and emails at my convenience, Lucy and Alice were exceptionally helpful for me, always available when i needed an answer and quick with any issues i had with the property. all my questions were answered fast and simple, with continuous checkups and not to mention easy key pick up! the inventory was in great detail of everything in the property keeping me & my partner updated on everything. overall such a lovely experience and i would definitely recommend anyone buying, renting or selling to go through gatekeeper !

Gatekeeper have been my first choice Letting agent for several years now and always provided an excellent service. They have supported me again recently both as a general sounding board and with navigating the recent changes, as well as again finding quality tenants for me. The service has been knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout.
