Richard James Estate Agents - North Swindon

Luisa gemoli, was absolutely amazing! She was, extremely friendly, and welcoming! I was really nervous, before the viewing, and luisa helped settle my nerves. She was also, extremely helpful! She answered all questions, we had and, went above ans beyond to get the answers, we were searching for! I would definitely, recommend having luisa, as your estate agent, when it comes to going through, Richard James estate agents!

I've recently asked Richard James to rent out my property. Olivia Forty has been so helpful in guiding me through the process and keeping me updated on prospective tenants. The process has been very straightforward, and fingers crossed, my tenants should be moving in shortly!

Very efficient and professional team. Always transparent and quick in communication, dealing with all matters with diligence and professionalism. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend this Estate Agency. Great thanks to you guys (Olivia, Courtney, Gemma, Lukas and the rest of team).

We have been using Richard James Lettings Services for our properties for the last 7 years. They have always been pleasant and very good to work with. I would like to especially thank Frankie Stocker from the North - Swindon office for managing our properties very well. It has always been a great pleasure working with the team. Looking forward to working more in the future with the team. 👍 🙏🙏🙏

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Gemma Holmes for all the help and support she has given me throughout the whole process. Gemma has been incredibly kind, supportive, and professional from the very beginning. She has always responded to my requests quickly and efficiently, making everything much less stressful. Her patience, understanding, and willingness to help have been truly appreciated. It has been a pleasure working with Gemma, and I am very grateful for everything she has done. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares about her clients and provides outstanding customer service. Thank you, Gemma, for all your hard work and dedication.

I would without a doubt recommend Paige from Richard James to those interested in buying their first home. Confident, knowledgeable and incredibly approachable. I recently had a very bad experience with another Estate Agent and Paige restored my faith and then went further to the next level. She has gone out her way to provide extra information that was really valuable and was so informed but also I really trust her. Both me and my sister were really happy how helpful Paige has been in what is an exciting but understandably complex process of making a significant decision to buy our first home together. Highly recommend to all my friends and family. Thanks again Paige, you are doing a stellar job!

Please avoid dealing with this agency . we rented a flat with them, there was a leaking from the above the property , we reported the issue , they did not even took the time to come and have a look into it . Very terrible experience, please avoid dealing with them. for a few dust, they are charging us 155 , a big SCAM. This agency does not deserve any star . our daughter was sick twice in this property . dehumidifier was on 24 hrs On . until now, we did not receive our deposit. We raised a complaint but they come back to us with bla bla without a resolution. We are planning to take to ombudsman
