Reeds Rains Estate Agents York

We had been looking for a house for quite some time in the certain areas in York, so we’ve met and dealt with quite a few different estate agents and their staff during our viewings. Harvey definitely stands out as the best! He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, but most importantly, he was never pushy. During our appointment, we felt completely relaxed and comfortable while viewing the house, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. We really appreciated Harvey’s genuine and approachable manner. He gave us the space to look around and make up our own minds, while still being available to answer any questions we had. Thank you, Harvey, for making what can sometimes be a stressful house-hunting experience feel so easy and pleasant. You are a real credit to the team!

Nikita was lovely, easy to talk to and knew her stuff. Strongly recommend!

Nikita led my viewing of the property on White Cross Road and she was so welcoming and friendly. She discussed the details of the property well and immediately complimented my nails so definite brownie points for that. Just overall so so lovely :)

Was shown around by Nikita today and she instantly made us feel at ease. Such a lovely experience, thank you!

From start to finish the house buying process with Reeds Rains has been fantastic. All the staff who had done house viewings with us were enthusiastic, approachable, knowledgeable and friendly which really made the experience positive. In particular Harvey was a pleasure and made purchasing our dream home easy and stress free. Harvey is a credit to the company. I particularly like that he has been very attentive and communication from him has been 5 star all the way through the process and beyond. I would not hesitate to use Reeds Rains again. Thank you!!!

Harvey was brilliant in helping me buy my new home. From the first viewing right up to the completion a couple of days ago, he was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly throughout.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Harvey at the York branch of Reeds Rains, and we truly couldn’t recommend him more highly. What really stood out to us is that Harvey is a man of his word. If he says he’ll call you back, he does at exactly the time he promises. That level of reliability is rare and incredibly appreciated. He consistently goes out of his way to support us in our search, always making us feel like a priority. We especially value his honesty. If he’s unsure about something, he’ll say so then take the time to find the correct information and come back to us. There’s no guesswork, no hard sales tactics, and absolutely no “flip flop” answers just straightforward, trustworthy advice. The York branch is very lucky to have him. Our only wish is that we could have Harvey as our agent across all Reeds Rains branches instead of having to change agents!
