Adam Webb was fantastic start to finish, explained everything in good terms that were easy to understand, always got back to us very quickly and did his absolute best to make this process so much less stressful than it ever has been before. Took the time to go through the tenancy agreement with us and explain the whole process, very helpful and very professional.

I have used Churchill's Estate Agents across my property portfolio and have always received first rate customer service. The tenants they have sourced for me have been great due to their excellent selection criteria. I regularly recommend them to others. I cannot fault them in any way.

There is definitely room for improvement. Although it is easy to report issues and communicate with the management team residents should not be responsible for having to constantly report communal areas issues as more frequent checks should be made by the management company in general. People with expertise in some areas should be employed instead of inexperienced ones e.g. Minton tiles in hallway requires specialist oversight to conserve them properly. External jobs could be resumed in a more timely manner instead of taking longer than necessary.

We were tenants with Churchills for 2.5 years. Having moved from horrific renting experiences in London it was so refreshing to have a credible, reliable and professional experience with an agent. I will say there were some issues with that service over the period, but for as long as Adam Webb has been there we experienced something that is quite rare as renters; we felt valued. Not just a monthly direct debit number. I can’t thank Adam and team enough and hope they keep up a great service in the face of a really challenging rental market.

Katie has been great with me in getting me into my property, it had to be a very quick turnaround due to my situation but her communication was frequent and did everything she could to help me as best as possible. Dealt with many lettings agents in the past but Katie’s attention was great and really made the process seem-less. Thanks again

The team at Churchill's were great to deal with throughout the whole process of finding tenants and managing the tenancy of my property. They kept me well informed throughout and were very professional in there approach along the way. They now manage the property and we have some very happy tenants and the maintenance is dealt with quickly and efficiently.
