I G Property

Speed and warmth of response shape the accounts left about this York letting agency and student accommodation provider. Several tenants describe raising issues such as damp, broken heaters, boiler faults, and loss of hot water or WiFi, then seeing maintenance arrive far sooner than expected, in one instance within minutes of a phone call. Steven, the maintenance operative, is named more than once for his approachable manner and perseverance, with repairs completed on the first visit or, when parts had to be ordered, wrapped up within a couple of days.

A number of reviews mention that emails about problems receive quick answers and that the team takes visible care over comfort and cleanliness in the properties. Further faults reported afterwards are reportedly dealt with just as promptly as the initial repair. The student accommodation in Tang Hall is described as feeling genuinely homely, a point credited to the friendliness of the people handling the work rather than to the buildings themselves. Problems are not merely acknowledged but seen through to a working resolution, which is what tenants seem to value.
